Shaping the work environment.
Involving the supply chain.

Effective collaboration requires a safe and respectful work environment. That is why we promote health and workplace safety and create opportunities for dialogue and employee involvement—at all levels.

Binding Rules for Collaboration

Our Group-wide Code of Conduct establishes binding rules for conduct in our day-to-day work. These include, among other things, integrity, equal treatment, and the prevention of corruption and bribery. It is supplemented by an externally operated, confidential whistleblower system.

Opportunities for Exchange and Participation

Employees can get involved through a variety of channels. These include employee surveys, dialogue with the works council, town hall meetings, HR contacts, and the idea management program. Feedback on working conditions, leadership, fairness, and access to information is systematically collected and incorporated into the further development of existing measures.

Involve Suppliers

Our suppliers are subject to defined requirements regarding quality, integrity, and environmental and social standards. New suppliers are accepted only after they have formally acknowledged these requirements. Document reviews and risk-based on-site audits supplement the evaluation; in the event of non-conformities, corrective actions are defined and tracked.

83% of our strategic suppliers have signed the Silhouette Group Code of Conduct.

Systematically Manage Safety and Health

Our production sites in Linz and Trhové Sviny are fully integrated into an occupational health and safety management system. Preventive measures, internal audits, and defined processes help identify workplace risks and determine appropriate actions.

100% of employees at our production sites are covered by an occupational health and safety management system.
