Futura commemorative stamp

The countdown starts now: on April 26, 2023, the Futura commemorative stamp will be available with a first-day postmark.

When one collector’s item honors another, a timeless style icon is born: “Design in Austria” is a special-edition postage stamp series with which the Austrian Post honors outstanding design achievements. Only one product is selected each year. This year, a pair of sunglasses stood out: the original Futura from 1974.

On April 26, from noon until 4 pm, the commemorative stamp with the coveted first-day postmark will be available at the special post office at Silhouette Group headquarters (Ellbognerstrasse 24, 4020 Linz, Austria). We look forward to seeing you there!
