Thinking Ahead in Business
Sixty years have passed since our company was founded. Six decades shaped by ideas, strategies, and decisions that have brought us to where we are today. The way we do business also means considering the impacts that come with it—on the environment, on our employees, and on the people we work with. We continuously work to reduce negative impacts step by step.
Environmental Management with a Systematic Approach
Environmental management has a long history at our company. Since 1996, our production sites in Linz and Trhové Sviny have operated in accordance with the requirements of EMAS, the European Eco-Management and Audit Scheme.
Today, internationally recognized standards provide an established framework for how we operate. These include ISO 14001 for environmental management, ISO 9001 for quality management, and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety. ISO 14064-1 for greenhouse gas accounting and ISO 14068-1 for climate management add two further standards to this framework.

Energy and Emissions
At our production sites, all purchased electricity comes from renewable sources. We also generate our own solar power. In 2026, we completed the transition of our Linz production site from natural gas to electric processes. Each year, we calculate our greenhouse gas emissions and use the results to identify further reduction measures.
Keeping Water in the Cycle
We treat process water in our own water treatment facilities and return it to the production cycle. Our Linz site is located in a water protection area, where the conditions governing water use are defined in a water rights permit.
Materials and Repairability
Our products are another area where we address impacts. For selected components where technically suitable, we use bio-circular polyamide. In its production, fossil feedstocks are replaced with bio-based residual materials. Repairability is considered as early as the product development stage. Spare parts are available for approximately 85% of components.
People and Working Together
For us, responsible business conduct goes beyond environmental topics. Safe working conditions, health, training and professional development, and the ability to balance work and family life are also part of it. One example is Villa RoSiPez, a childcare center shared by several companies. We have also invested in training young people for many years, offering apprenticeships in a range of occupational fields at our Linz site.
